Responsibilities

Participate in structured graduate training and development within engineering disciplines
Collaborate cross-functionally across diverse teams and projects in the East and South African Region
Apply analytical reasoning, numeracy, and problem-solving skills to engineering challenges
Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and stakeholders
Demonstrate adaptability by relocating and working flexible hours when required
Contribute to Nestlé’s mission through service orientation, discipline, and results-focused performance
Develop empathy and understanding of the goals, drivers, and needs of others in the organisation

Qualifications

Degree or Honours in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum academic result of 65%
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and numeracy skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours
Self-starter with service orientation, tenacity, discipline, and results focus
Empathy and interpersonal awareness to support collaboration and organisational goals
